Served in the United States Air Force, 34 years with CSX Railroad in Sales and Marketing and Finance, establishing rail rates to be competitive with virtually all modes of transportation, conducted economic cost analysis relating to either selling rail line assets versus abandonment or retention, analyzed Short Line's f nancial data relative to selling rail lines and writing contracts for the sale of rail lines with CSX Legal and Transportation Departments.
